Notice: UAE National Day
In observance of UAE National Day, please note that all orders placed on November 29th after 12 PM will be dispatched on December 4th.
- 1. DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
- Items are delivered within 72 hours from order placement with the exception of heavy items.
- Delivery charges at checkout apply to all orders below 199 AED and depend on the weight:
- 0-5 kg: 28 AED
- 6-10 kg: 35 AED
- 2. CLICK & COLLECT
- If you select click & collect during checkout, you will not pay any shipping or service charges.
- Please wait until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed on the same day, while orders received after 12 noon will be processed on the next business day.
- Once you receive the confirmation email, you can visit SUM Space during our pickup hours: Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. Our Address is Goshi Warehouses, Warehouse 45 in Al Quoz 3.
- Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
- Please inspect your order carefully before leaving the warehouse. If you have any questions about the pickup process or your order, please contact our customer service team.
- The items will be reserved for a period of 7 days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be automatically cancelled.
2. RETURN POLICY
- Please note that SUM Deals is an outlet website and that given the discount applied to all our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for manufacturer defects. We have inspected all items and assure you that they are in full working condition. Once the sale is complete, we cannot process any refunds or returns. Please consider your purchase carefully.
- For any damaged or defective products or items that were incorrectly sent, please contact us at hello@sum.ae with details and pictures of your concerns and we'll gladly resolve any issues.
Terms and conditions for accepting returns
- The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you.
